From when I walked in until I left I had the most wonderful experience the ladies at the front desk were warm n welcoming Then Denise did my ckeaning and she was thorough n kind n caring n HONEST my prior dentist tried to sell me all these treatments I didn't need Denise honestly you don’t need that plus it’s really expensive I sooo appreciated that. Then I met with de bacchi who was also warn n kind n also did not try to tell me to get version expensive treatments I really think hjndty goes a looooong way! So I highly recommend this office great caring through dental work with people that care. And upon leaving the lovey ladies ar front desk wet kind enough to help me with a couple of other things and really couldn’t have been nicer!!! Start tk finish was great. I mean k don’t want a root canal but it’s not their fault I need one lol lol

Arrived at office about a minute late. Was taken right away by Denise who took my temperature. All good. Had a good cleaning. Was seen by Dr. Bacchi and was out of there within 45 minutes. Always professional clean and neat. This is why I keep coming back!

Staff provided professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Dr. Ahrenstein identified an infection that could have become painful and also a dangerous situation. She referred me to an endodontist and receptionist Cathy was able to get me an immediate appointment. Many thanks to the entire staff for providing elite dentistry to me for many years.

Cosmetic and Family Dentist in Wantagh is the best practice for all my dental needs. Dr. Krivca and Denise (dental hygienist) are always professional and patient. This was my first time there. I have a toothache and found out that I needed to teach to be pulled. The experience I had was amazing. I was scared to death but they reassured me that I would be ok. And I was. My experience was a five star experience. Everyone in the office was amazingly nice. And I didn’t feel a thing. I would highly recommend this dental office.

What a wonderful place with a great staff! You feel welcome with the very first phone call for an appointment. The staff is professional and friendly. The hygienists are excellent. But the best is Dr Bacchi. I explained my fears and past experiences with dentists and he has been so supportive and works with me. I have had extensive work done in the past 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with his treatments; he works hard to make sure everything is right. His recommendation of a periodontist was spot on. I recommend this office to everyone!

I've been visiting dentists for over six decades and I can say without reservation...Dr. Bacchi is tops! If you have a dental problem or just need routine care, call for an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

I have been coming to this office for over a decade now but never left a review. Over the years I have been worked on by several of the hygienists and 3 of the dentists. I have never had anything but a good experience. All of the staff I have dealt with try to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. This office is a truly "service with a smile" office and I laugh a lot with the staff which is odd in a dentist office I will admit. Today, I was greeted by Kathy at the front desk and she really set the mood for a happy experience. Personally I've settled in with Laura as my hygienist (she's great), but I hear people complimenting the others as well. My friend just went for the 1st time today and she loved Denise who was her hygienist. My friend was expecting a lot of pain (she hadn't been to a dentist in about 8 years) and she was pleasantly surprised about how painless it was. What can I say. The office looks average but the people are just great! Obviously, I recommend them!

I give Dr. Bacchi, and his staff, my highest recommendation! If you're a dental coward, as I once was, one visit with Dr. Bacchi, will alleviate all of your fears. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and most important to me, caring, and gentle. Dr. Bacchi did something very amazing for me a few weeks ago. Late one afternoon, my temporary bridge fell out and a piece broke off. I had to be at my uncle's wake in Nesconset, in just a few hours. I called Dr. Bacchi's office and was told to come right in. He was very busy, and yet he took almost 2 hours to create new bridge for me, and I was able to attend my uncles wake on time! I would also like to compliment his amazing staff. His receptionist Kathy, always greets you with a friendly smile and a few laughs. She often goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. All other staff members are also very competent, and friendly. So to all of you dental cowards, please come and see Dr. Bacchi. Your teeth will thank you!

Doctor Bacchi is a perfectionist and tops at his profession, I can honestly say the dentures that he created for me are perfect, better than I could have hoped for. The office is comfortable and well furnished. His professional staff are caring and a pleasure to work with. I have visited many dentists in my 70 plus years, he is the best.
